Ok listen. We all know what Twitter is like, and because of the megalomaniac many of us moved to other social media. Some of us went to BlueSky, and are finding out that the it is run by a mini version of what Twitter has. When they change the TOS (Terms of Service) to allow a misinformation spreading terf to get comfortable, but ban a disabled black man, then many of us are realizing that there isn't really a safe place for anyone.

Now, yes, I did join Mastodon. I think having second place set up just in case is important. It is why I am putting more effort into a place where I can add my thoughts, feelings, art, and disability musings. I am creating a go-bag if you will.

Now I am not going to get preachy. I am not going to create a lengthy post. I am just saying that over the course of the next month I will be slowly testing out blog spaces, It was something that I have wanted for many years but I don't find Wordpress worthy of my limited time. It isn't fully accessible, unless you pay.

Can someone make it accessible? Absolutely. I just don't want to spend time and quite a lot of money on something that very likely could be an ADHD hyperfocus.

So if you actually read this long ramble then I feel like I owe you something. How about I promise to find a place and settle in?
